1. Who We Are
jasonkushy.com (“Site”) is the official site for Jason Kushy, DJ and producer. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Site.
2. Data We Collect
We may collect: (a) information you provide (e.g. name, email, phone, event details) when you use the contact/booking form; (b) newsletter sign-up details if you join the Kush Krew; (c) technical data such as IP address and browser type, including via Cloudflare (e.g. Turnstile) for security and spam prevention.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to respond to inquiries, process bookings, send newsletters (if you opted in), improve the Site, and protect against abuse (e.g. via Cloudflare). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Cloudflare (including Turnstile) for security and performance. Cloudflare may process IP and browser data per their privacy policy. When you accept optional cookies, Meta may process data as described in section 4. Links to social media, streaming, or other sites are subject to those sites’ own privacy policies.
6. Your Rights (e.g. GDPR)
If you are in the EEA, UK, or similar jurisdictions, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, data portability, and to object to certain processing. Where we rely on consent (including for optional cookies and the Meta Pixel), you may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Use to reopen the cookie banner, or contact us via the Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For Meta-specific requests, you may use tools Meta provides in their privacy settings.
7. Data Retention & Security
We retain your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect your data; transmission over the internet is not 100% secure.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Contact
For privacy-related questions or requests, use the Contact page. For our rules on use of the Site, see our Terms of Service.
